I set the verification to None just now. I'm not entirely sure how it works for those that don't have Discord already set up, but I believe Discord would make you verify your email anyway.

 

After you get your email and stuff verified, @Clicheanimesamurai, you might need to disconnect and reconnect the Discord with your Megami Fuse account. So it'll give you the right moderator credentials.
