Avatar size

Well this is more of help and a suggestion, we finally have Gif avatars and to that I say Hoorah! Thanks @Cemmos, but the problem is still how strange they are to use, of course, using a still image, it doesn't matter the size, but when it's a Gif we are told it must be 197.3 KB, but that's the problem the avatar I want to use is below that, it's 160 KB.

You can download yourself and see it is around the same size, so I am asking, if it's possible, could we up the size allowed on animated avatars to possibly 1 or 2 MB. Not saying we would like them that big, but if it's possible, it could avoid this situation where the image is smaller than it saying it's too large, but still not allowing it.

Bleh, sorry if my wording is terrible in this, but I hope you get what I'm trying to ask.

 

That's the problem - it's being polite and not saying how dispapointed it is in the avatar choice.

 

Makes even less sense, since this Current House Avatar is 326 KB



I just don't get it maine, though we all know House is awesome.

 

This seizure inducing one is even larger at 511KB

 

This one just barely falls under



There is no set consistency m8.

 

I've upped both the profile covers and avatars to roughly 1MB each.
